Powerful Polka Dots.

There was finally a break in the weather so I could share this cute, little polka dot dress I scooped up from local boutique, Minx, a few weeks ago! Prints are such a power player in this season's fashion especially retro stripes and of course, polka dots! This dress is a little bit shorter than I normally wear for everyday, but when I saw it at Minx I couldn't resist. I'm a big stripe girl, so I felt like I really didn't have anything quite like this in my closet and it would be such a great canvas for Summer styling. Since it's been pretty hot and muggy here lately I went for a very light and easy look, but one that is still appropriate for the day job or being out and about around Asheville. This dress is also great for layering under a denim jacket, or even a blazer if you're going for a more workwear look.
