Summer is Over.
Overnight it finally officially turned to fall. Colder weather has been teasing on and off for weeks, but the temperature dropped down into the fifties yesterday and I’m pretty sure it’s there for good. This look is from a few weeks ago when it was still feeling like summer and I realized with all the other things I’ve been sharing lately I never got to share this lovely, vintage Liz Claiborne dress I found at Goodwill for $5.50. I’m working on putting together a post with all the key things I’m thrifting for fall/winter - and shirt dresses are high on the light. They are so versatile all year round, and with belting there an easy item to thrift because you can get away with things that are too big of size without having to worry about tailoring. I think this is my last sandal look of the season; bring on all the boots and chunky sweaters.
